MAGISTRATE BETH ANNE AURILIO

Magistrate Beth Anne Aurilio currently serves the General Division of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas as Court Administrator and Magistrate and Court Manager. She was appointed in 2007 as a general division magistrate. Upon appointment, Magistrate Aurilio worked to develop a mediation program for foreclosures at the Court during the height of the foreclosure crisis. Since that time, Magistrate Aurilio has been a contributing member of the administrative team serving under the direction of Hon. Andrew D. Logan, Administrative Judge.  

In August 2019, Magistrate Aurilio graduated from the National Center for State Courts Institute for Court Management earning the status as a Certified Court Manager. This achievement culminated a three-year course administered by the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College.

Prior to the appointment as magistrate, Beth was a judicial staff attorney at the Eleventh District Court of Appeals. Previous to the appellate court, Beth was a practicing attorney at the Rice Law Office representing clients in various criminal, domestic, contract and personal injury actions since she became a licensed attorney in 2001.

Magistrate Aurilio is a member of the Trumbull County Bar Association, and has served as a member of the executive committee for the TCBA for several years and President from 2017-2019. She is also a current member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Magistrates, and the Nathaniel R. Jones Inn of Court.

Magistrate Aurilio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Professional Writing and Editing from Youngstown State University in 1998. In 2001, she graduated from the University of Akron School of Law earning her Juris Doctorate degree.  Magistrate Aurilio was a member of the Akron Law Review from 2000-2001.
