Dress Code
All individuals appearing before the Court shall wear appropriate business casual attire.
Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear that enhances the dignity of the Court and emphasizes the seriousness of your responsibility.
The following attire and footwear is NOT appropriate for the courtroom:
- Revealing clothing including tank tops, cutoffs, pants that are not fastened at the hips or waist, shorts, low-cut shirts, mini-skirts, and visible undergarments;
- Clothing with suggestive or derogatory language or logos (including sexual, drug, tobacco, or alcohol related language), with anti-government or anti-law enforcement messages, or contain biker or gang affiliation;
- Pajamas or sleepwear;
- Bare feet, flip flops, or slippers;
- Any other clothing or item deemed inappropriate by the deputies.
Attorneys/Licensed Counsel MUST be dressed in professional attire.
**The temperature in the courthouse can fluctuate. Individuals may wish to bring a sweater or light jacket.**
